TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. ENGAGEMENT OF SERVICES
1.1 Appointment By accepting these terms, you (“Client”) engage Future Gate (“Company”) on a non-exclusive basis to provide visa application and related services in Qatar and Kuwait as detailed herein.
1.2 Services Provided The Company will assist Clients with:
- Interactions with relevant government agencies in Qatar and Kuwait
- Application and renewal processes for business visas in either jurisdiction
- Document preparation and submission according to the requirements of each country
- Additional support services as mutually agreed upon in writing
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Legal Compliance The Client assumes full responsibility for all claims, damages, or liabilities assessed by governmental authorities or third parties in Qatar or Kuwait arising from any breach of local laws, whether directly or indirectly caused by the Client or the visa applicants. The Company bears no liability for such breaches.
2.2 Financial Obligations The Client is responsible for payment of all expenses and charges associated with visa holders in either Qatar or Kuwait, including but not limited to:
- Transportation costs (flights, freight)
- Medical expenses
- Salaries and allowances
- Housing and accommodation
- Insurance requirements specific to each country
2.3 Information Accuracy The Client warrants that all information provided to the Company is complete, accurate, and truthful. The Client acknowledges that providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection and forfeiture of fees in either country.
3. FEES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Service Fees All government and service fees associated with applications in Qatar and Kuwait are included in the total fees quoted to the Client. Fees may vary depending on the country of application.
3.2 Payment Terms Payment is due in full prior to application submission unless otherwise specified in writing by the Company.
3.3 No-Refund Policy The Client acknowledges that fees will not be refunded if an application is rejected for any of the following reasons:
- Provision of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information
- Rejection by Qatari or Kuwaiti government authorities due to security concerns
- Rejection for political reasons related to the applicant’s passport or country of origin
- Any other circumstances beyond the Company’s control
4. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
4.1 Application Outcomes The Company does not guarantee approval of any visa application. The final decision rests solely with the respective government authorities of Qatar or Kuwait.
4.2 Processing Times While the Company will make reasonable efforts to process applications promptly, actual processing times are determined by government agencies in each country and cannot be guaranteed.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Governing Law For services provided in Qatar, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. For services provided in Kuwait, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait.
5.2 Amendments The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon notification to the Client.
5.3 Severability If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5.4 Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
